This Week's Collectible Finds — August 28, 2026

Every week, eBay's marketplace surfaces incredible collectible deals for savvy hunters willing to dig deeper. Whether you're hunting sealed LEGO deals, premium sealed Pokemon box deals, or investment-grade retired sets, this week's roundup showcases some genuinely compelling finds across multiple collector categories. Let's dive into what's live right now.

Premium Sealed LEGO Sets: The Week's Standouts

Retired LEGO sets remain one of the most stable collectible markets, especially when factory-sealed. This week delivered several noteworthy opportunities across different themes.

The LEGO UCS The Razor Crest (75331) at $1,074.99 represents the premium end of the sealed LEGO market. This retired Star Wars Mandalorian set is highly sought by serious collectors due to its size, detail, and the character's popularity. UCS (Ultimate Collector Series) sets consistently appreciate because they target adult builders and completionists.

For those seeking more accessible entry points into sealed LEGO deals, several options emerged this week:

• LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Wizard's Chess (76392) at $138.00 appeals to the intersection of Harry Potter fans and chess enthusiasts—a powerful collector demographic.
• LEGO Super Heroes: Daily Bugle (76178) at $515.00 combines Marvel fandom with an architectural, display-quality build that appeals to collectors of all experience levels.
• LEGO Batman 1989 Batwing (76161) at $299.99 taps into the nostalgia of Tim Burton's iconic film—a perennial collector favorite.

Budget-conscious collectors shouldn't overlook the smaller retired sets. The LEGO NINJAGO Overlord Dragon (71742) at $55.00 and LEGO Jurassic World Dilophosaurus Ambush (76958) at $48.95 both offer solid value for collectors building out their collections.

Niche LEGO Sealed Deals Worth Exploring

Beyond traditional theme sets, this week featured some unique sealed LEGO opportunities that cater to specific collector interests:

The LEGO Pokemon SMART Play Ditto as Squirtle (40887) at $59.99 is a licensed promotional set that combines Pokémon fandom with LEGO's innovative building tech—appealing to collectors seeking unusual sealed LEGO deals that go beyond standard retail releases.

The LEGO Ideas The Office Dunder Mifflin (21336) at $149.99 represents the "fan-designed" LEGO category, which attracts both television enthusiasts and collectors interested in limited-edition architectural pieces.

Star Wars & Specialty LEGO Sealed Sets

Star Wars remains LEGO's most reliably appreciated theme. This week brought:

• LEGO Star Wars Droid Commander (75253) at $145.00—a BOOST-compatible interactive set that bridges LEGO collecting with tech-forward gameplay.
• LEGO Star Wars Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder (75271) at $65.88 offers classic Original Trilogy appeal at an accessible price point.
