Data Deletion

LuxuryByLogan respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of any data associated with your use of our website or connected services (including Facebook Login), you may do so using the process below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to luxurybylogan@gmail.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your name (as used on the service)
- Email address associated with your account
- Description of what data you would like deleted
What We Will Do
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
- We will process your deletion request within 30 days
- We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete
What Data May Be Deleted
- Any personal information you provided (name, email, etc.)
- Account data associated with social login (Facebook, etc.)
- Analytics data tied to identifiable information
Exceptions
We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the reason.
Facebook Users
If you logged in using Facebook, you can also remove our app's access to your data through your Facebook App Settings. To request full deletion of data stored on our end, please use the email process above.
